Two Arm Cable Rows
One Arm Tricep Pressdowns
Two Arm Bent Over DB Rows with dumbells turned out
Two Arm Bent Over DB Rows with dumbells turned in
Two Arm Hammer DB Curls
Two Arm Kettlebell Swings
Two Arm DB Shoulder Press Standing
Dumbell Movements used 30lbr's.
KB Movements used 35lbr.
Bench Press used 135lbs.
Cable Rows - use 100lbs.
10 rounds starting with 10 reps working through to 1 rep.
495 reps. total - took about an hour. pretty tough.
I recommend something in the range of 60% of max. good luck
