working on a 9 exercise circuit. 10 reps down to 6 reps. One after the other.
Bent Over Rows - 85lbs.
Military Press - 85lbs.
Overhead DB Press - 30lbs db's (60lbs. total)
KB Swing Two Hand - 35lb. kb
KB Swing One Hand (counts as two exercises) 35lb. kb
One Arm Rows - 52lbs
Lat Pulldown - 60lbs.
Undergrip Pulldown - 60lbs
If my calculations are correct thats 40 reps per exercise * 9 exercises - 360 reps average 60lbs. per rep. took less than 30 minutes. I'd say keep to 50% of max. go for relative time. In otherwards maybe 2 minutes rest between circuits. What I was originally wanting to do was to go down to 1 rep and up the weight to say 155 on barbell rows, 125 on military, 100 on pulldowns however, I was tanked and realized I'd worked pretty sick volume. So thats where it ended.
