Ok, so i rejoined the hardcore gym that started it all for me. And immediately felt old school.

Leg press - 135 * 20, 225 * 16, 315 * 12, 495 * 10, 6.

Leg Extensions - 80 * 20, 140 * 10, 180 * 10, 220 * 10, 250 * 10.

Ez Curls - 75 * 10, 95 * 10, 105 * 10, 115 * 3

DB Curls - 35 * 10, 45 * 6, 30 * 10

Hammer Curls - 75 * 3
